How long does it take to get curtains made?
Our lead time for curtains is currently 4 to 6 weeks. Work commences immediately on your order upon receiving your deposit.
What are your payment terms?
Upon acceptance of your quote, an order confirmation will be sent to you requesting a 50% deposit. On receipt of your deposit, work commences immediately on your order. Once the job is installed and you’re satisfied, the remaining 50% is due.
Can I have curtains and blinds made from my own measurements?
We are happy to work with you and your requirements however it is highly recommended that one of our experienced measuring consultants measure your windows for a high level of accuracy. This is a free service.
How long does it take to get blinds made?
Made to measure blinds including Roller Blinds, Sunscreen Blinds, Venetian Blinds, Honeycomb Blinds and Vertical Blinds take approx. 15 working days.
What happens if my fabric choice is unavailable?
In the event that your fabric is out of stock, or on back-order, we will contact you to advise of the delay and offer a change of fabric if you would prefer not to wait.
I have found an issue with one of my products, what should I do?
Please call our Customer Service team on 0800 110 633 in the first instance so we can arrange a repair, remake or replacement of your item.
How long does it take to get shutters made?
All of our shutters are imported from China. These come with a lead time of 10-12 weeks from your deposit being received.
Do you have finance options available?
We are currently offering 12 Months interest free with Q Mastercard.
Can I add items to my order?
Once an order has been confirmed and a deposit received it can not be added to. If you would like to order more items, please simply contact us and we will create a new sales order for you.
What if I can’t find the fabric I am looking for?
We have a massive range of fabric houses available to choose from, all around the world. If you have an image of the fabric you’re searching for - simply send this to us via email and we will do our best to source it for you.
