Before you buy

• We will contact you within 3 business hours to arrange your free measure and quote
• We will offer you a time for your Measure and Quote that suits you the best
• We will call you to confirm your appointment
• ​We will send you your quote within 24 hours after your consultation.

After you buy

• We will send you an order confirmation with details on how to pay your deposit.
• We will give you an update on your order at 3 weeks.
• We will call you to arrange your installation as soon as your order is complete.
• We will call you to check you are 100% happy with your finished Curtains and Blinds.

If there is an issue

• If your fabric is delayed, we will contact you as soon as we know to let you know with the option to change fabrics or wait.
• If your fabric is deleted, we will contact you as soon as we know to show you similar fabrics.
• If there is an issue with your product or installation, we will contact you the same day with a plan as to what we will do to rectify the issue.​

We guarantee your satisfaction in your new Curtains or Blinds, If there is an aspect of your job that you are not 100% happy with please let us know straight away so that we can repair, remedy or remake the product to ensure you are 100% happy.
