Not every project wants to be a statement. This Landmark Homes build got the package most of our clients actually choose: soft white sheers and crisp 63mm Mikronwood blinds. No feature fabric, no drama. And it's proof that simple, done properly, doesn't look basic at all. It looks calm on purpose.

The difference is all in the execution. The sheers run ceiling to floor and plenty of width, hung from sleek recessed-look tracks, so even a standard slider reads as taller and wider than it is. Pleats fall in even columns, hems finish just at the floor, and when they're drawn the whole wall softens into one gentle plane of light. This is the exact same fabric philosophy as any home we dress.
